Sports

St. Mary's has an inclusive sports program. Children participate in weekly Physical Education lessons and activities as organised by a specialist P.E teacher. Children wear designated school sports uniforms on days when lessons take place.

All children are involved in the annual Colour House Sports Day.

The school has a morning fitness program from 8:45am - 9:00am daily. Children in mixed age groups participate in rotational activies as directed by senior students.

Years 4-6 are invited to participate in District Cross Country Events.

Grade 5 and 6 children are involved in Interschool Sports with a variety of activities offered for both Summer Sports (Tee Ball, Softball, Cricket, Danish Rounders) and Winter Sports (Football, Netball, Volleyball and Soccer).

Children in years 5 & 6  also participate in a Ten Pin Bowling Program at the AMF Lanes in Chirnside Park during Term 3.

Bike Ed Program is run for Year 5 students in Term 2.
